Try Before You Buy
We have set some apartments aside for short stays. These ‘short stays’ (minimum 3 nights to a maximum of two weeks) help you get a feel of what it could be like living in Ciudad Patricia. The apartments and studios are fully equipped and include kitchen, linen, washing machine, wifi connection and television and all prices includes the costs of water, electricity, bed linen and weekly cleaning.
During your stay, you can get to know life in Ciudad Patricia, and equally importantly the residents and the environment. Naturally the possibility of living with a trial depends on the availability of the apartments.
Standard apartment
The price comes to €375 per week.
Studios
The 2-bed studio costs €50, per night
The 3-bed studio costs €60, per night
These studios can be used for trial living, but of course these can also be booked for family and friends of our residents.
Try before you buy stay is possible from 3 nights to a maximum of 2 weeks.
